The ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey for Q4 2026 was developed based on a study conducted among 525 employers in Poland.
It presents hiring plans by company size, industry sector, and region of the country. Globally, nearly 40,000 employers across 42 markets worldwide participated in the survey.

Manpower report “Global Manufacturing World of Work Outlook 2026” explores the key trends shaping the manufacturing industry. It also highlights the sector’s future direction, as well as the challenges employers around the world are facing today.

Based on insights gathered from companies across various markets, the report identifies seven trends defining modern manufacturing. These include workforce development, reskilling, automation and robotics, challenges related to AI implementation, and skills shortages.

Cybersecurity, AI and cloud computing are currently the three most critical competency areas identified by IT leaders worldwide. According to the latest Experis report, ‘CIO 2026 Outlook’ as many as 46% of CIOs consider cybersecurity to be a key skill, while the rapid development of AI is significantly reshaping technology roles and the way teams are built. The report analyzes which IT competencies are gaining importance, how artificial intelligence is redefining roles and positions, the priorities IT leaders are focusing on, and their investment plans. The study is based on insights from 1,930 technology leaders across 12 countries, including 646 C-level executives.
